Dr Alex is a highly capable and experienced chartered engineer with remarkable self-drive and excellent communication and supervisory skills. He has vast knowledge, expertise and very long experience of working as a consultant, researcher and university lecturer in the area of mechanical systems design and energy sustainability in buildings.

Concisely, his experience includes working on high raised buildings such as Canary Wharf, managing HVAC and other innovative low energy systems consultants for TESCO chain of super markets, trialing and redesigning the London Underground platform air handling units, designing the new hybrid cooling systems of underground trains and being part of the consortium for advising European Commission on the future of HVAC systems refrigerants.

Furthermore, he was involved in the design and modeling innovative roof structures for southern European countries including Cyprus.
