Anthony is the Managing Director of ADW Developments a company that specialises in identifying and delivering best practice consultancy solutions for the built environment. ADW Developments specialise in the development of financial models to assess cost of acquisition, operation and disposing of a building system, whole building or multiple buildings.

He often provides consultancy services specialising in Life Cycle Costing. As a leading advisor to BRE, Anthony provides best practice guidance, CPD Training and support to them in their drafting of the technical manual and compliance notes.

Anthony is a member of the BSI / ISO committee (TC59/SC14 WG 4 on Life Cycle Costing) responsible for development of international standards on life cycle costing and maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets which are referred to in the BREEAM Life Cycle Costing guidance.

Currently he works on projects both in the UK and overseas delivering cost effective LCC and sustainability solutions.
