Eleni is a highly capable and experienced External/Lead Auditor of ISO 9000 – Quality management, ISO 22000:2005 – Food safety management systems, ISO 14000 – Environmental management and BS OHSAS 18001- Occupational Health. Certified Training Instructor with remarkable self-drive, supervisory and communication skills. She has a strong experience and expertise as a consultant and training instructor in health and safety, environmental and quality management, and risk assessments sectors.

Eleni has gained a degree in Oenology and Beverage Technology, three Post Graduate Certificates in Food Microbiology, Viticulture & Oenology, Risk Analysis & EU Legislation, a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and MSc in Food Safety and Quality Control, while since 2012 is a PhD candidate. Simultaneously, is a Certified Training Instructor by The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

GBC integrates her expertise to ensure advanced and quality services to the clients. Eleni is the head of the Health and Safety department, as well as acting as a Lead Auditor for the ISOs.
