The design features include sustainable innovative infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, greywater with heat recovery, sustainable HVAC systems, on-site renewable energy generation, net zero energy EPC approach, LCC, with targeted BREEAM Rating “Outstanding”. The project aims to become the most sustainable and environmentally friendly project in the country.
